Library Refurbishment

Our brief was to divide the library area with a partition screen incorporating a high level of glass.
We proposed and installed a full height glazed screen with a sand blasted finish as they required a level of privacy.

Careers with Skyline Property Solutions

Electrical manager

Responsible for the co-ordination and management of electrical installations within the company’s projects. Also will look to acquire & price new work.

Candidate will need to be a qualified electrician to current standards.

Package will be negotiable and based on experience.


Technical sales

Responsible for acquiring and securing new business in line with the companies expansion plans, experience in property refurbishment desired.


The following positions are not currently being filled, however we are interested in CV’s as we will be looking in the near future.

Marketing – Responsible for identifying new clients and projects, making contact and arranging appointments for Sales.

Estimator – Experience in estimating a variety of project sizes, will involve site visits and liaison with sub contractors and suppliers.

Designer – AutoCAD trained for space planning and general design work.

Office junior – Responsible to the office manager in all administrational duties.

In addition to the above, we are always looking for reputable local subcontractors to work on our projects.
