David is a chartered building surveyor by profession, and although he is now non-practicing, his professional experience is invaluable to Skyline. Following graduation from Liverpool John Moores University he worked for over ten years in commercial practice delivering all aspects of building surveying across a wide variety of buildings and projects including acquisition surveys, dilapidations, schedule of condition, contract administration and project management. David’s clients included pension funds, financial institutions, property developers and owners, and commercial end users.

David’s experience included the Project Management of a new build multi office building, dilapidations against several government tenanted buildings, and refurbishment of a large 1960’s office building.

David applies his professional experience to the technical areas of Skyline and manages all the estimating requirements as well overseeing general office and business administration within the company including insurances and health and safety matters.
